By signing up for EO Everest Summit 2025, you agree to the following:

Your registration includes all indicated programs on the agenda including learning sessions, meals & socials between the 21st -24th of November 2025.

The registrations don’t include airfare, accommodation, any sort of travel insurance or personal expenses. Attendance at Everest Summit 2025 is for registered and active Global Members of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and their partners and children above 18 years of age.

No refunds are allowed. Once you register you may only transfer your registration to another EO member on or before 30^th September 2025. The responsibility of transfer lies with the original registrant.

If a member and/ or SLP fails to attend the event, it is considered a cancellation and no refund will be provided.

Videography & Photography Policy: Photographs and videos will be taken/recorded throughout this event for advertising, publicity, commercial, promotional or other internal or external business purposes. By registering for and attending this event, you are granting us permission to use your images on promotional materials and channels at the organizer’s discretion, without notification.

Insurance: All Attendees are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. The registration fees don’t provide any insurance coverage.

In the unlikely event that the program cannot proceed due to government regulations or an enforced lockdown, it shall stand cancelled in compliance with the applicable directives.
